What is the minimum order?

There is no minimum order.

What is our lead time?

Our lead time involves 2 -3 days of processing time + FedEx Ground transit time to your location.

Do you have a warranty?

We have a 1 year limited manufacturer’s warranty that covers defects in material and workmanship.  This warranty does not apply where there has been a failure of goods due to improper use; breakage not due to defect; failure on account of faulty or improper installation or handling.

How are returns processed?

If you are unsatisfied with the product, returns can be made within 30 days of when the product was first shipped to you.  The product must be returned in the original packaging.  When the returned goods are received, a credit memo will be processed and sent out to you.

What adhesive do you recommend?

We recommend using Liquid Nails: Heavy Duty Construction.  If you do not have this, we recommend using another silicone based adhesive.

How can I become a distributor?

Are there any discounts available?

Can we use the tiles in the kitchen or bathroom?

Since all tiles are made from organic materials, they cannot be used in areas that are readily exposed to moisture.  So, the cannot be used in bathrooms or areas of the kitchen that are going to receive repeated contact with liquids.

Can we commission custom pieces?

Unfortunately, we do not allow commission of custom pieces.

Can we paint the tile ourselves?

Only the Pure Grain and Pure Bliss styles can be painted successfully.

What is your standard packaging?

Our standard packaging consists of a standard cardboard carton.
